Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in consumer healthcare, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, including working for Procter and Gamble, Boots, Bausch and Lomb and in MD roles at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Mentholatum. He has worked across multiple health care sectors in the UK, Europe, and Middle East Africa, launching new multiple new technologies and innovations.
Adrian is an honours graduate in production engineering and MBA with electives in operations management. He has a strong manufacturing background with over 35 years experience in senior operations and MD positions with leading global engineering and manufacturing companies - including Plessey, FTL, Senior Engineering and Tyco International. Prior to joining Femeda Adrian was MD of Acoutechs Limited, where he led the start-up, market entry and sale and transfer of materials technology to a leading industry company.
As Clinical Director of Femeda Ltd, Julia is a key member of both the management team and the medical advisory board. Julia is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a special interest in continence and women’s health; she has over 30 years’ experience of working with women who have pelvic floor muscle problems. She has been instrumental in bringing incontinence products (Aquaflex cones, BeContent toners) to market. She is a member of the International Continence Society, served as a Trustee of the charity the Bladder and Bowel Foundation and was a founding member and past chair of Chartered Physiotherapists Promoting Continence.
Simon has 30 years experience in practice and industry including completing many corporate finance transactions. He has successfully worked on finance raising with early stage businesses and has worked with a number through all stages of their development and growth to exit
Ian’s expertise is in electronics and software. Having over 25 years experience in the medical field, He has been technical director of several companies in the field of muscle stimulation, obtaining several patents for innovations in this area and has been an innovator in the field of incontinence treatment.
Bim is an expert in the field of female urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction.
She was appointed as a Consultant Gynaecologist in 2006 and leads Urogynaecology services at Bolton Foundation NHS Trust.
Bim has published widely on pelvic floor dysfunction and has an MD from the University of Liverpool. She maintains her research interest in pelvic floor dysfunction and presents at national and international meetings.
Bim also looks after women with complaints of urinary leakage and other pelvic floor problems in her private practice.
